SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS AND RECEIVE ADMISSION LETTER
Complete the application form and connect with LN PAK LLC’s representative office in your country via email. Prepare and submit the required documents for studying in Russia:
- Completed application form
- Copy of passport pages with photo and personal data (passport must be valid for at least 2 years from your intended arrival date in Russia)
- Copy of High School Certificate/Diploma of higher education with academic transcript
- Signed contract
Applications are accepted at LN PAK LLC’s central office in Russia and its representative offices in various countries from January 10 to October 25 annually.
Please note that the number of available seats in the universities is limited and subject to a special quota for foreign students.
Along with the Admission Letter, you will receive an invoice for the first academic year’s tuition fees. Payment must be made within the time period specified in the invoice. The invitation for studies will not be issued without payment, and you will not be able to obtain a visa. It is not possible to pay for your studies upon arrival in Russia.
The invitation letter, required for obtaining a study visa, will not be issued by the Main Directorate for Migration Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation until the fees are paid.
OBTAIN STUDENT VISA AND BEGIN YOUR STUDIES IN RUSSIA
Once you receive your Admission Letter, LN PAK LLC will apply to the Russian Federal Migration Office for an Invitation Letter. This letter is necessary to obtain a study visa from the Russian embassy in your country. The Invitation Letter may take 35-45 days to be issued and will be sent to you by express mail. Please note that we only send Invitation Letters after full payment for the first year of studies is received as per the invoice.
The Invitation Letter is issued by the Migration Department of the Main Directorate for Migration Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. This document is required to obtain a study visa at the Russian Embassy in your country. Issuing the Invitation Letter takes an average of 30-45 days.
After receiving the Invitation Letter from LN PAK LLC, you can submit your documents to the Consular Section of the Russian Embassy in your country to obtain a study visa. The average processing time for a study visa is 7-14 days.
